This certifies______________________________has engaged one service to BC Mega Dreams reg. no. 00442094 for the mare_____________________Maiden___ Dry___ Wet___Reg.no.______________for the 2006 season at $______, stud fee,for live foal

This service is subject to the following:

1. Booking Fee of $_____of the above fee with this contract and the balance of $_______ plus all unpaid expenses will be payable upon receipt of invoice or when mare is picked up, whichever is first.

2. The mares shall be in healthy and sound breeding condition.  A veterinarian's certificate shall accompany each mare, and failure to furnish this will be your authorization to have the mare examined by our veterinarian, and the examination shall be done at your expense.

3. Mare that are not halter broken will not be accepted.

4. It is my understanding that Fawsons Paint Horses will not be responsible for accident, sickness or death to my mare and/or her colt. Fawsons Paint Horses will exercises judgment in the case and supervision for her.  It is also understood that I, likewise will not be responsible for any disease, accident or injury to the stallion BC Mega Dreams.

5. Fawsons Paint Horses agrees to diligently try to settle my mare.  If however, they do not settle her, I will hold Fawsons Paint Horses harmless.  We will not guarantee a live foal for any mare leaving Fawsons Paint Horses before being checked safe in foal by our attending veterinarian.

6. It is agreed that you guarantee a live foal from this mating.  Should the foal not stand up and suck we will give you a return privilege, the following Breeding Season.  This guarantee will apply only if we are notified one week from death.  This notice must be accompanied by a statement from a licensed veterinarian.

7. It is further agreed that should the above stallion die, or become unfit for service: or if mare dies, or becomes unfit to breed, then this contract shall become null and void.

8. When Fawsons Paint Horses signs and returns a copy of this contract to me, it will be a binding contract on both parties, subject to the above terms and conditions.

9. The deposit is non refundable.

10. All expenses must be paid before or when the mare is picked up.

11. Coggins Test required on all mares on arrival.

12. All board bills will be due the first of the month.

13. A breeders certificate will be issued when Fawsons is notified that the foal has been delivered.
